I started LizardProperty in 2004 after years of seeing landlords with 3 or less properties get lost in big agencies. They were passed between departments, fobbed off with unsuitable tenants, charged unexpected fees, and left chasing updates about their own homes.
I knew there was a better way. LizardProperty was set up to work with a limited number of landlords, so every property and every rental gets proper attention, proper evaluation, clear communication, and advice based on real experience - not scripts or systems. LizardProperty focuses on you and your interests, not a team target.
