I set up LizardProperty because I’ve seen how stressful that can be, especially when you don't have a huge portfolio of properties and you just want to know that things are being handled properly.
These questions aren’t about putting you through hoops - they help me understand what’s going on for you and whether I can genuinely help. That matters to me, because I only work with a limited number of landlords so each property gets the attention it deserves.
